If you are not interested in ripping special features, I would find the title with the highest file size, check the running time is accurate, and then unselect everything else. Sometimes the times are off by a few seconds, but it's often pretty accurate. You can use a site like that will let you know the length of different special features on the disc (if you're interested in ripping those).
